虎虎生風 2022虎年限量水泥機械錶

寅虎年，四度空間幻化為猛虎出山，蟄伏伺動，一躍千里。

水泥老虎面盤挑戰模內成型的極限

「一體成型」是清水模設計的基本精神，強調一鼓作氣把事情做到極致，也是工匠的自負。這次為了完整呈現老虎從樓梯底下的陰影一躍而出的形象，設計師決定直接讓矽膠模具突出一整塊一般來說無法拔模的模仁，做出陰影底下的造型細節。

這樣一來，不只挑戰了製作模具的功力、矽膠模的彈性、同時也挑戰了水泥結構的強度。最後很高興成功克服了這個挑戰，一體灌製出令人滿意的造型細節。

NEW 全新吊鎖式錶框設計

上錶框與錶殼改動為「吊鎖式設計」，四根螺絲從錶帶溝槽往上鎖住上框，創新的結構讓之前12點鐘方向的維修切口得以取消、防水性能提升、日後拆裝維修也更簡便。

以往的錶框設計是採取壓合緊配的方式，其實一直以來22STUDIO都在研究如何讓結構更簡潔俐落，終於與台南供應商一起開發出全新結構錶殼，首發運用在虎年限量錶，此一結構日後也將陸續運用到其他的機械錶款。

NEW「虎」字代表日期盤22號

絕無僅有的虎年限定，虎年限量錶的日期盤以「虎」字代表每月22號，同時意取2022年和22STUDIO品牌名稱。創辦人聲堯在剛畢業22歲時創立品牌，期許永遠保持初生之犢不畏虎的闖蕩熱忱。
